CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation deadline is July 1st, 2010
Any cancellations before July 1st, 2009 will receive a refund of the tournament cost minus a $25.00 processing fee. If a participant withdraws from the event after the deadline has passed, the player will not receive a refund. No exceptions.
Due to inclement weather, all registration fees will be automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be posted to your credit cards.
Once play begins, if you withdraw for any reason like illness, injury, or a family emergency, a refund will be issued.
